INFO WHAT'S A FANLISTING? According to TheFanlistings.org, "a fanlisting is a place for all fans of a particular show, movie, actor, actress, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people from all around the world who are fans of that subject." DICK AND CASSIDY (Spoiler warning!) Richard Jr. (nicknamed Dick) and Cassidy Casablancas are brothers, but they don't get along. Dick, the older brother, seems to love to torture his younger brother, always picking on him and calling him Beaver, a nickname which Cassidy despises. However, despite it all, Cassidy appears to be a faithful sidekick to his older brother. In the Casablancas family, Dick is obviously the favorite son, with him being the pride of his father and Cassidy being constantly ignored by Richard Sr. Dick even once admitted to him and his father having contests to see who could make Cassidy cry first. The fact that Dick allows his brother to follow him everywhere suggests that he might, deep down, care about Cassidy more than he says he does. At the end of the second season, Cassidy is revealed to be a very troubled boy and the culprit of several crimes, and commits suicide. That turns Dick's world upside down and he changes drastically, becoming a real basket case but eventually appearing to go back to normal, although a bit more human. He even admits to feeling guilty about what Cassidy has done, saying that if he hadn't been so hard on his younger brother, it might have made a difference. Dick is portrayed by Ryan Hansen and Cassidy by Kyle Gallner. SITE NAME While Brothers obviously comes from the fact that Dick and Cassidy are brothers, Broken has multiple meanings. First of all, the relationship between Dick and Cassidy is broken, with Dick always torturing his younger brother. Furthermore, both boys are broken, as shown in season 2 (Cassidy) and season 3 (Dick), and each is at least partially the cause of the other's broken state.
